AOC Minervois Wines             Biscan-Pujol Wines Biscan-Pujol Merlot Rosé de Saignée Chardonnay Pleïade Minervois Pleïade Domaine Biscan-Pujol Wine Plants: Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Malbec The Pleïade is dominated by the Malbec. The Malbec plant is neither a trendy one or widely used by wine makers, however it is well known and undoubtedly too negected. Its fine aromas form the structure of an original blend. Our Malbec is influenced harmoniously by the Altantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. For its highest quality the proportions of the blend are decided by the vintage. The original aromatic range of this subtle blend shows a density in the mouth. A "vins de pays" which is of an "AOC Minervois" quality. Each plant is vinified traditionally, with the blend during Feburary and March. Serve at 17° with a mediterranean dish cooked with herbs. It suits grilled meats, tasty cheeses.
