Planted in clayish soils in an area that, 2000 years ago, had been covered by the Mediteranean Sea and therefore now has one of the most original and best irrigation systems. It is a Merlot typical of a Merlot ! This merlot is harvested after it reaches a good maturity. We have a particular liking for this refined elegant variety, slightly rasping and yet round in the mouth. It is a model for our Biscan Pujol wines. It is fresh, powerful, structured, and smooth. It is an ideal partner for your barbecue and all meals with friends.
