To a courageous man who held his winery throughout the 20th century in order to share this life passion with his children and grand children. This cuvée writes the history of the winery and joins several generations working together towards a common project. Originality The original idea of the Cuvée Edouard was for blending, however at the moment of proceeding to the blend, its aromatic complexity was sufficiant. Therefore the wine was left, as the land made it, a pure syrah. A recent deep study from the Regional Chamber of Agriculture confirmed that these vineyards are of the best soils for growing Syrah. Tasting A unique wine highly concentrated. The fruit expresses an intensity of blackcurrent, jam and cooked plums. Serve at 16°C to 17°C with dishes with wonderful sauces.
