The grapes are destemed and go through a short vatting
to keep the fruit and suppleness.

The nose has aromas of black berries and spices.
The tannins are smooth on the palate.

To be served at a temperature of 14/16°C.
Even cooler in the summer heat.
Perfect with everyday simple food, barbecues, mixed salads.
