AOC Minervois Wines             Biscan-Pujol Wines              The every day wine Biscan-Pujol Syrah Merlot Rosé de Saignée Chardonnay Cabernet Sauvignon Pleïade Minervois Cabernet Sauvignon Domaine Biscan-Pujol Wine plant : Cabernet Sauvignon 100% The Cabernet Sauvignon completes the Biscan-Pujol range as it reflects 2000 years of history, due to the Mediterranean Sea bed influence of where these vineyards are now growing. The sea once covered the village, and now the soils of our Cabernet Sauvignon highlight the deep nature of the plant and its aromatic characteristics. The wine is concentrated to be to served nicely with a winter's meal. The grapes were de-stemmed and vinified at low temperatures to form both its structure and fruits and also to tame the tanins. After 18 months of ageing the wine is silky and powerful. You may keep it for 12 to 24 months in the cellar. Serve with stewed or grilled meat and spicy dishes.
