Our land, due to its geographic location and the type of soil is extremely various.
Therefore the choice of plant varieties is always studied in depth.
For example, carignan requires a good sun exposure,
whereas chardonnay needs more shade.
For each plot of land the soils, the sun exposure, the wind and rainfall are the major influcences of our choice of plant variety.
And then after the plantation of each variety we follow closely all effects on the plants during, the trimming, the budburst, the blossoming
(blooming), the change of colour of the grape berries, the ripeness, and the dormancy.
"What does matter, is to conceive properly every berry, every wine dedicated to an amateur.
This bunch of grapes which I am holding in my hand will go into a glass. I can not stop thinking about this.
For two thousand years our wine distrubuted throughout Europe,
has been shared amongst friends.
This way of thinking has always been with our family for years.
We owe great respect to nature and also to the consumer.
We concentrate on what we are going to do with this wine, how to guide its evolution,
and what pleasure are we going to give to our clients who we consider as partners.
More than a livelihood, our work is a passion.
We don't just grow any type of plant. We aim to give the highest quality of wine.
It pleases us to give people pleasure, and to know of their reaction.
Our wine is the meaning of life.
In our country, in our place, we want to create something precious and we commit our family life to it.
