What to do next? Don't hesitate. Come and visit us !
We can present to you our environment, the local walking paths that you shouldn't miss :
old stones, abbeys, picturesque sites known by few people,
little corners of the local bush called the "garrigue",
and of course, in our little area, the "capitelles".
Oh ! They are not cathedrals but simple shelters built with dry stone walls,
created bit by bit by sheperds, hunters, and countrymen over hundreds of years.
No powder or cement. Only stones, stacked upon one another that have for many generations
protected people and animals from times of harsh climate.
Even today you may still sense the smells of the vine wood fires made beside
these capitelles where the men had cooked up a hot broth of soup.
Our "Capitelle" wine
Carignan 60%, Cabernet 30%, Cinsaut 10%
Know by the locals as the "Capitelle" wine its our "Vins de Pays" (country wine) and our every day wine, simple and fruity !
