NOON
We wanted to pay a tribute to the Canal du Midi with this wine.
Noon is the translation of Midi as in the hour.
The symphony of colours recalls those of our region :
the sun, the vine leaves, the water of the canal and the red wine.
The red is also a tribute to the « Rouges du Midi »,
men with strong personality, of character, who made the Languedoc
and its wines and gave us this heritage.
The vineyards are located 20 kms east of Carcassonne.
The grapes are destemed and go through a short vatting
to keep the fruit and suppleness.
Fresh red fruit aromas.
Round and supple on the palate
Easy drinking, but good length.
To be served at a temperature of 14/16°C. Even cooler in the summer heat.
Perfect with everyday simple food, starters, Indian food.
